I'm gonna come out and say. Why is there barely any hypnosis of American Dad?

Hayley has a mind control chip where if stan says "I'm getting fed up with this orgasm" then she'll obey him. Not only that but in the same show the CIA has a brainwashing device and a hypnotist episode featuring Francine!

That wasn't a mind control chip, it was brainwashing indoctrinated into her when she was a little girl.
