Translating the whole thing is a bit much for me right now but I think I can at least give a summary of what's happening focusing on plot and inductions if that helps anyone's enjoyment. Page numbers are based on the pool numbers here, and I'll assume some familiarity with Girls Und Panzer characters.

2: Miho has invited Azusa over to Miho's house. Miho thanks for her contributions to the club, and asks if there's anything about Senshado that is toubling or bothering her. Azusa is acting happy and nervous about being this close to Miho and her though bubbles reflect that; she says there's nothing bothering her about Senshado but Miho thinks from her behavior that she must be hiding something.

3: Flashback to yesterday. The Angler team girls are talking about they need to confirm with the other teams that their members will continue with the Senshado club next year, and deciding who will go to talk with each team. Yukari says she will talk with Hippo team. Mako says that Saori should talk with Rabbit team; Saori agrees but says that Miho should talk with Azusa separately. Miho's asks why but Saori's only says it's women's intuition.

4: Back to the present, Azusa tells me Miho she plans to work hard at the club next year too, but Miho is reminded of how much pressure she was under to produce results at her old school, and decides she might as well take this chance to confirm Azusa's true feelings, so she asks if Azusa will go along with something.

5-6: First induction. Miho tells Azusa to press her hands together tightly and focus on them as if squeezing all the air out between them. Azusa doesn't get what this has to do anything but is happy to go along with what Miho wants. Then Miho tells her that her hands are stuck together like suction cups and she can't pull them apart anymore, and Azusa finds that she indeed can't. 16-19: Miho decides she need to push a bit more. Mako thinks it's a Miho-like approach and Hana comments how for a first year like Azusa it would be difficult to refuse the second-year Miho if she directly asked her to continue. Yukari tells Miho she believes in Miho's approach, and Miho's says that from her conversation with Azusa it seems like she really enjoys Senshado so Miho is sure it will turn out alright.

31-32: Meanwhile, over at Rabbit team, Azusa is on cloud nine. Aya wonders if she finally starting doing drugs. Suddenly Azusa asks the group whether they understand what happiness is. She boldly tells them that happiness isn't something you obtain, it's something you become! Yuuki is impressed but the others become convinced she's high, and wonder if their school's infirmary can do a urine test. Azusa's final thought is that she's glad she did Senshado.
