In JP Act3 Chapter 09 gonna come out in a few hours, Noctis and Squall are gonna be Main characters on this Chapter with Lunafreya and Ultimecia.
Apparently, Ultimecia want to make the same thing like they do to Edea.
I don't know Japanese so...i'm gonna wait for a long long looooong time.

Well...finally more MC in DFFOO.

Close! In this case, the "tori" (street or way) goes with "osharu" (to say) to just mean "as you say" (in a very respectful manner). Literally "in the way that you say"

Maybe yes, maybe not...i don't know, when Ultimecia have time in cutscenes she's not evil with everyone, but Squall and his friends are always hostiles with her for "obvious" reasons.
Maybe gonna check out when they put the final Battle on this Chapter.
