Those are the colours of Atlas FC, a Mexican football club. They just won their first championship in 70 years.

And the red and blue stripes are from Chivas de Guadalajara, they play in the same state as Atlas and are one of the bigger history rivalries, besides themselves and Aguilas de America (Chivas and Atlas compared to like Barcelona and Real Madrid) Chivas has more titles but they been playing poorly while Atlas only had one title before this month where they won their second title
