If I may throw you a suggestion for future endeavors, Kaa's hypnosis was asymmetrical. Although the color scheme remained constant, the size and timing of the rings was different from one eye to the other. I know it's a lot of extra work to do it the way I am suggesting, but the results are definitely worth the effort.

ACTTTUAAALLLLYYY his hypnosis in the first encounter was very Symmetrical aside from the different colors. The second encounter was MUCH more asymmetrical! Then Jungle Book 2 came along and threw everything for a fuckin loop. However I highly appreciate the advice! I originally planned on having different colors per eyes per popping ring something something... but I was taking WAY too long and this was meant to be practice anyways. I finally have a technique to work with! You would not believe how much thought had to be put into it (my head hurts) but I'm glad it worked out in the end!

Thanks man! However, I ALWAYS stride to improve... I have this problem where I don't want to end up being as hated as some artists (coughtomprestoncough) and force myself to hate my work... so I can focus on putting twice the amount of love into the next one I do... if that makes sense. :/

That's pretty good! I like that you actually drew the circles rather than using a circle tool, looks more organic and natural that way.

Well I WAS going to use the circle tool until flash decided to start going ape shit when I exported the file... plus i figured I should just draw the circles anyways... makes for good practice!
