To begin our first Blue Monday of 2022, we have Queen Rafflesia (Lafresia?) from Space Pirate Captain Harlock! Being royalty and saving your people can be a heavy burden on the mind, and a little hypnosis can go a long way for something like that! I decided to try some more complex poses and mix that with cel-shading techniques.

The funny thing is, Queen Rafflesia is first debuted as a blue-skinned girl, along with her entire race, but slowly becomes pale as the series goes on without much of an explanation, but I still consider her fair game!
