Orochi is a god that requires a vessel to retain form, so he can be in either a female or male body (The body he is normally seen in is the KOF character Chris'). He doesn't do any seducing or hypnosis, the closest he does is activate the Riot of the Blood in Iori, which backfired on him big time. He's really more into wiping out humanity for mistreating the Earth.

As well as the Riot in the Blood in Leona, since you forgot to mention it. Also Orochi is pretty silent, doesn’t even have a death cry.
