With Poison Ivy's new and improved lipstick in her possession, Harley Quinn decided to 'steal' all the world's superheroines and turn them into her own loyal harem of lesbian slaves...
Wanting an injection of cash, Harley had pouted at the news that the FBI actually had a whole department dedicated to detecting magically conjured money. The Feds had never lifted a finger to find her lost bunny when she was 8, they even blocked her calls. Yet, they'd been so happy to chase down her dad after he stole money from the mob! Bunch of stupid, no good, corrupt hypocrites the lot of 'em!
After shaking her head to get her thoughts back on task, Harley declared it was time for some good ol' fashioned smash'n'grab! Splitting her harem of corrupted heroines into teams, Harley lead one team to storm Roulette's underground casino. Meanwhile, her loyal sidekick Zee-Zee (the corrupted Zatanna) would lead her squad to raid the high society Gotham Gala. Two perfect targets to bring in the cash and announce Harley & her Angels as a force to be reckoned with.
However, the Gala's hostess, one Veronica Vreeland, took exception to her party being ruined by someone working for a 'Two Bit Clown's Bitch!'... In hindsight, she might come to regret (or possibly be forever grateful) that her drunken courage made her voice her complaints out loud.
So I finally did it and split Harley's Heroine Heist into two sets. This is to help provide some order to the content I've amassed over the last ten years.

How long does her spell last one someone? Like say in above pic, is she now permanently 'Harley's bitch'?
Does Zatanna's backward talk work on everybody? Like can she just say 'uoy era ym evals' to Wonder Woman and poof it happens?
And does the person have to hear it for it to affect them? Like can she just say 'rednow namow si ym evals' and hundreds of miles away, WW just poofs becomes a slave.
And does her magic affect non people? Like can she say eht roolf si won aval' and poof the floor is literal lava?

1) Magic in DC is a Macguffin a lot of the time. In the case of the bewitching charm above, it would depend on the magical power of the caster and the mental resistance of the target.
Zee-Zee (Zatanna) is considered one of the most powerful mortal witches in DC (as in the reason she's not the very strongest is how young she is etc.) and a drunk Veronica Vreeland would not have the mental strength to break free of the charm for days at least. Then, in the context of this set, before the charm wears off she would be subjugated to the enhanced Poison Ivy lipstick, more loyalty charms, and a sexual marathon that would break her in. (This is applied to all the girls in Harley's Heroine Heist)
2 & 3) Zatanna's magic is not in hearing her spell. The spell is cast by her backwards speech and then the charm must hit it's target, see this <<hypnohub.net/post/show/133475|page>>. So, she must speak backwards but her target doesn't need to hear it.
Again, the strength of the caster and magical/mental resistance of the target would determine effectiveness of a charm. Wonder Woman will take a lot more than a simple spell. Diana's resistance to corruption is going to be broken down in several ways.
4) Yes, Zatanna can definitely change non-people items. Just going back to magic in DC in general, I refer to the JLU episode 'This Little Piggy'. It shows Zatanna summoning a cage <<hypnohub.net/post/show/130597|(which I've had her do)>>, and the immortal sorceress Circe transforming Wonder Woman into a pig without issue.
