I first thought this idea up in response to Forsaken Souls by Black Pharaoh where everyone in the DC universe is either turned into demons or killed and this was my idea of like "how to save Raven, and Supergirl, and Wonder Woman, etc....while also building a harem". And then I realized this set up could work in a lot of franchises like Fairy Tail, Sailor Moon, Marvel, any cross over really

This also reminds me of another premise for a "good guy hypnotic master" story. Basically there's some 'great evil' that's enslaving everyone through either tech or magic or whatever, but there's a guy who not just can resist that enslavement power but has some form of mind control powers and realizes those under his control can't be enslaved by the 'great evil'. So there's a 'noble' reason for him to brainwash people but also gives a sense of urgency cause everyone he doesn't enslave could end up being turned evil.

Personally, I've always been on the fence about Forsaken Souls. The transformations and corruptions are pretty great, but there's just so much death and gore...Not my thing. Anyway, I kind of wondered for a while if it was going to do something like what you suggested, with Batman, but they seem to be going more "evil vs. evil" at the moment. Though corrupted-Batman's probably the lesser evil...

Exactly about the death and gore, and also while I like girls transforming into succubi, I don't like how black pharaoh likes to incorporate designs that are rather grotesque instead of just straight sexy designs (like drawing them with split lower jaw thing)
