Photo manips are not allowed. Real images are allowed provided they come from some media that involves hypnosis/MC and preferably with a link to said content, which this post complies with.

but why keep the crap like this? I mean if you're going to throw out the stuff that was semi-good and keep the stuff thats 100% crap why not just throw out the whole lot? That would seem more logical

This seems to come from an on stage hypnosis event, thus it's an actual case of hypnosis proformed in real life. Photo Manips tended to be hack job with badly done eyes and some out of place effects thrown in. On top of that most of the images used were of a person doing their day to day thing.

Why is literally EVERY discussion on this board lately focused around this kind of question?

You are voicing your opinion here because you think it is crap. It's fine, but it is just your opinion - it is not a fact. Opinions are highly subjective and vary from person to person. Trying to go the "logic" route here is a flawed approach.

Your best bet in this case would be to just blacklist real and you are set.

Agreed. I demand that every pic on this site not involving Kyubei, cute kittens or vegetables is to be removed immediatly.
