Commission. I drew the picture and a friend wrote the story

Story:

Anna coughed again as she leaned against the cold and damp stone wall, desperately trying to catch her breath. Her gauntlets were on the verge of breaking, running out of fuel, or both, and with her lack of backup supplies, she feared she wouldn’t last much longer in this place.
It was only a month ago when she first heard of this rumored labyrinth – a supposed underground maze of caves with ancient traps and monsters galore, hiding all kinds of secrets within. Normally, she’d stay clear of such a place, her desire to explore not going quite that far… what pulled her here? Even when she was preparing for her journey, something in the back of her mind kept telling her something felt horribly off about all of this, yet she didn’t listen to herself, and it all lead to this: tired, hurt, lost, and confused deep underground.
She felt horrible. Ignoring the usual problems of pushing yourself too hard, this labyrinth was a nightmare, with traps and monsters galore. Anna could handle herself in a fight well enough to stave off the handful of beasts she’d encountered so far, and she had avoided most of the traps. But every encounter came at a cost, a scratch or bite here, a painful trip there, an arrow barely nicking her minor things that quickly added up and ate away at her stamina. And something about this place felt horrifically off, in an almost eldritch sense. The last couple of monsters were almost unrecognizable as anything she’d ever seen before, and her wounds from her fights felt unnaturally clammy, her skin turning a strange greyish colour on contact. She was almost hoping it was just a regular infection, because if it wasn’t…
She shook her head to clear her thoughts for a moment, shrugging off the mild fog in her mind, realizing she’d never get anywhere if she kept fretting over herself. The only way to go was forward – one of the traps had nearly crushed her with a wall slamming down behind her, but even though she survived, it blocked off her way in. Coughing less severely than before, she pulled herself back up and began to walk forward once more. If she couldn’t leave, then the best she could do was at least find out why she came here in the first place… and with her determination returning to her, she headed to the corner of the hallway, ready for her next challenge.
Anna’s eyes shot wide open as she saw the large, metal door in front of her, something she hadn’t seen yet so far. As weary and cautious as she was by this point, she couldn’t help but get excited over what could be within. Treasure? Knowledge? Cool armor? Of course, it could always be a trap, she could open it and instantly die from something unpredictable, but there was no way she could know until that door opened. After one last mental preparation and a set of calming, timed breaths, she hesitantly grabbed the handle and slowly pulled it open, making sure to stay behind the door. Once open, after a few seconds of nothing, she figured it would be safe to take a look.
Peeking her head around the bulk of the door, she came face-to-face with a monster.
Anna shrieked and stumbled back into the hallway, the monster in front of her grinning with a mouthful of sharp teeth. The monster looked nearly human at first glance, yet everything about them made them blatantly not; discoloured skin, strange green and blue hair, black and red eyes, beastly hands and feet, all dressed up in oddly lewd armor, protecting their limbs yet their torso left little to the imagination. In the brief moments before either of them acted, a tidal wave of an almost primal fear crashed over her, instinctively raising her damaged gauntlet to blast it with something, anything. But before she could defend herself., the monster roared, quickly swatting her hand to the side, hard enough for her battered gear to finally break apart in front of her eyes. Her remaining gauntlet soon followed, after she tried again only for it to be grabbed and ripped off her hand, yanking her forward in the process. With that, the monster took initiative, tackling her to the floor and finally trapping her beneath them.
Feeling certain she was dead, Anna could only stare up at the beast trapping her, desperately trying to think of any way out available to her, yet the monster pinning her down made all of them moot. Gleefully relishing their victory, the monster took a few extra seconds over her, knowing her powerlessness. After the agonizing wait, the monster triumphantly roared once more and clamped their claws onto her shoulders, leaning into her face as their eyes began to glow, an odd green gas seeping out of their mouth as they panted heavily. Completely caught off guard, Anna helplessly inhaled the gas as she watched the glowing eyes.
Unbeknownst to her, the labyrinth had an ancient spell over it, with every aspect of the caves having a corruptive aura to them. Half of why Anna felt so terrible was due to said issue, not just the enchanted traps or the monsters spreading the infectious magic to her, even the air itself was laced with it, slowly but surely subjecting her to the effects of the spell. Ultimately, the direct contact of the monster, the condensed gas entering her lungs, the hypnotic eyes she failed to avert her gaze from, all combined with her previous exhaustion and gradual exposure… it was impossible for her to resist any further.
Anna instantly succumbed to the monster’s hold on her, her mind rapidly fogging over as her body began to transform, the captivating glowing eyes keeping her focus. Her shirt and beloved coat began to shift around as the material changed, becoming darker and harder as it morphed. Her pants and boots similarly followed, folding in on themselves, forming the same substance around her legs. Simultaneously, her body mutated as well, a grey colour spreading along her skin from her shoulders and her previous scratches, as her hair messily grey out, turning the same strange green and blue as the monster’s.
A pleasing warmth pulsed through her while her transformation amplified, eliciting a low guttural moan from Anna, her old personality vanishing within the fog while darker, more feral thoughts flooded in to fill the new space. As her skin fully turned grey, her proportions grew voluptuous, her larger breasts, hips and thighs all growing in sensitivity, Anna’s body shivering all over from the pleasure as some slightly discoloured juices dripped from her lower lips. The material around her limbs and shoulders began to finish molding into their new shapes, forming jagged black armor. Leftover green material flowed down to her hands and feet, melding them into the same bestial claws as the monster had above her. Eventually, as her final changes came to a close, her sclera turned black and her irises followed suite, glowing red themselves, all the while her pleasure built up further and further.
The new fallen human climaxed hard, convulsing as her screams sounded more like a roar than anything else. Once her afterglow faded, both got up and admired the changes, the one who was once Anna squeezing her breast idly before beginning her eternal patrol throughout the halls. Her new purpose was clear, to roam the caverns of the labyrinth for as long as it stood, defending the secrets within from all those who dare enter… and perhaps corrupt them as well.
