Sombra showing up sounds like a pretty good repercussion to these idiots openly announcing their plan through the largest influencer they have, so I'd go with sombra, as much as I'd like too see Tracer and widows makeover, Sombra sounds like the most obvious next step for me

I’ve gotta cast my vote for sombra’s confrontation. Unlikely, you weave such interesting narratives that introducing the strong-willed sombra will surely end...spectacularly.

Personally, I'd vote for "Widow and Tracer's makeover" to be next but Sombra's confrontation seems to be the popular choice.

Why not combine Sombra's confrontation with one of the other options? So bra breaks in to find a helpless, mid-reprogramming Mercy (or Widowmaker and Tracer). She tries to take advantage of their situation and in the process gets caught herself.
