Translated.
The context missing from this is that it's part of a long, roughly 200 page gallery about a guy (ugly bastard type) who obtains an item that allows him to turn people into his "puppets" via phone. He uses this to make people prostitute themselves to him in may different ways. He appears to like controlling people so that they still have a sense that something is wrong, hence the excitement for their "unease" in the last box.
The separation from this and its story made it a little difficult to translate well. My apologies.
**The gallery contains lolicon, piss, and even r*pe, so please do not look at it if those trigger you.**

I have no intention to translate the whole thing, were it to be added to this site.

Yeah I agree. Nyuu makes a lot of Ugly Bastards featuring ugly bastards. Even though he has now strayed away from using ugly bastards. They still remain on his older works. I have no intentions on uploading the loli-con/aware rape stuff. Sadly no character in this comic has a name sadly. But thanks for the translation.
