That's pretty amazing, do you know a tutorial about how to do the glassy eyes?
I don't know of any tutorial, but the process is fairly straightforward. These are the steps I do (note that each eye is done individually, not sharing any layers):
1. Colour in the outline of the eyes that have the white "shine" effect to get an even border around.
2. On a separate layer on top of the previous, colour the inside of the eyes.
3. Use a gradient on the layer you just created, I usually base the colours off the ones the original artist chose.
4. For the dark part of the eyes, another layer to colour it in. I then set the opacity to usually 20%.
5. Lastly, I create one final layer (shared between both eyes) and use the blur tool around the borders of the eyes to get a cleaner edit.
I have a group of 3 layers per eye (back, front, dark) as well as a 4th blur layer for a total 7.
Overall if all I need to do is the eyes, it usually takes about 15 or so minutes to edit. Eyebrows on the other hand are an absolute nightmare to manip.
I'm not sure if this explanation was helpful, but I hope it was!
