The way the "anta mo" is written, it feel like "mo" could not be for "already" but for "you too".
I wish I had the context (maybe that would bring another/others girl(s) in addition)

"Already" comes from "sassato," not "mo." You are correct that "mo" in this case is indicating that she is "another" person who the action is being applied to. I took it as she is being told to undress with "mo" because whoever is doing the command is already naked. "Another" did not fit into my translation style, so I left it out because I believed that it was clear enough without it. I appreciate the feedback though.
