I'm assuming this kid has the same Geass as Lelouch...which means the second command wouldn't work

Idk, she seemed conscious of everything that was happening to her. Been awhile since I've watched Code Geass, but didn't Lelouch's geass make people act like what they were doing was their idea, or at least not even realize anything was different?

Exactly, Lelouch Geass affected the mind so people done things without thinking it was not what they should do, but the one this boy has only affected the body, so it did what he wanted while her mind was struggling.

Don't forget Rollo, if that's how to spell it.

His Geass can effect people more than once. (Although he kills a lot of them before a 2nd chance) It all depends on the rules of their Geass if it can or not as it never stated that all Geass can only work once. Watch Season 2 Episode 19 for Proof.

his Geass didn't control them. it appeared to make time stop, but it really just froze a person's consciousness to a certain point in time for a few seconds, giving the illusion of time stopping
