I feel like this would be a skit Tiny Toon Adventures would do, somehow. Or maybe they actually did?

The original pic is in fact using character designs (and posing) from an actual episode, "The Amazing Three", in which Babs, Fifi, and Shirley decide to take a stab at dating older boys (it goes...poorly XD). So in a way, yeah, kinda.
