There are discrepancies, like the secondary text in the title bar and the YuGiOh style symbol in the rarity spot, so, it isn't quite clear.

don't you think there should be a hypnotic card tag?
That would fall under the category of magic anyway and it doesn't really seem prominent enough to have it's own tag IMO

yeah but the rarity symbol is in the place where magic cards keep it. The boxes are framed in the same style as a magic card with the card type getting it's own frame under the art, rather then being under the title or in the text box.
Guys, it's not from any official card game.
even if it's not official you can tell what style they were going for (figuring it out is something I enjoy doing), most works I see from Japan either use a knockoff Yugioh or Magic style.
