Because people asked about it in the last post:
Miku's power is basically that she can control any human that listens to her voice or music.

The ones who are brainwashed have thier personalities intact but prioritize Miku's desire and well-being above all else (so she can theoretically change thier personalities if she feels like it)

Also all of them adress Miku as onee-sama (bigger sister) after they are brainwashed

The reason why it fails here is becuase Shido has enough spirit power to resists its effect.

From the thumbnail I thought this was Fujiwara no Mokou from Touhou. Touhou has corrupted me... not like that's a bad thing or anything though.
