Miku wants to make Shiori hers by beating her in a bet.
If she wins the bet, Shori and all the Spirits she sealed will become hers and if she loses she agrees to get sealed.
The bet is that Shiori's school needs to beat Miku's school in an concert school festival.
After Miku lost the bet, Miku desides to break the promise and brainwashes everyone in the festival and city.
This scene is one of my favorite brainwashing scenes of Miku xD
It's also long, that's why I split it in 4 parts.
