The characters' names are Tannah and Vard, I'm a bit unsure at to whether to tag that and their series or not. They're not exactly OCs, they're originally from a series that has been e-published, but then again it's not exactly widespread.
Anyway, this came from a discussion about Nethack elsewhere and I found myself with an idea that I just couldn't get out of my head.

Can't say that I'd planned on it. If you want to see more you'll probably have to talk to the artist. Of course these are Nethack monsters we're talking about, so logically whatever happens next would likely be horrifically lethal. I'm thinking go with the comedy option. A bunch of Keystone Kops burst into the chamber and start throwing pies at everything. One strikes the Floating Eye dead on, blinding it and breaking the spell on Tannah. Upon waking up Tannah then proceeds to kill everything in the room that could remotely be classified as a threat. Meanwhile Vard hasn't taken off the blindfold yet, and only dimly aware of what just happened, is hoping that that warm sticky stuff that splattered onto the back of his head is just a fresh pie.
