I swear I’ve read a fanfic based off this post…or maybe this post was inspired by the fanfic? It was generic anonymous-kun having sec with a brainwashed Junko, with her switching her personas now and then.

Given that swapping personas was kind of her "thing" for the whole time she was actually on-screen, its entirely possible both the fanfic and this independently decided to use that.
