View the original. One of the r34 software differences I've noticed in the past is that some animated gifs don't play unless you view original.

It looks like the artist/manipper's workflow needs some improvement.By the looks of it, the original image was converted to JPEG at some point (I can see what look like JPEG artefacts near some of the blackline work), and the GIF encoding for the animation produced unstable dithering that makes various parts of the image "shimmer" even though they probably shouldn't.(The shimmer is most visible on the collar, but you can also see it on the toenails and parts of the background.)
