If we tried we could make that in 5 years but it would not change your clothes
There is a centan chemical in everyone for boy's it make us strong and increase our dick bigger it get released when we hit puberty for girls it gives them bigger breasts so if you took that chemical from them you could in real life make this

Okay, I know this is damn old, but I must say this isn't true before anybody believes it (I'm... Probably too late).
This "chemical" is hormones and I've been taking them for many years now. It does not make your "dick grow bigger" into infinity, especially if you already have one. An "overdose" of those does not make this image comes to life : it actually comes with many inconveniences such as an increase or a decrease of libido or many mood changing, to a point it becomes handicapping. Those are just two of the lighter points of a long list.
Where those "chemicals" act like magic is when somebody who is assigned X at birth takes the Y hormone (translate it into male/female or female/male). It is often seen in transgender transitions. For example, someone assigned female at birth taking testosterone will, in general, see his clitoris grow bigger, like a micro-penis (without the skin, obviously, but the "foreskin" is there, just... Isn't skin). But it will not become a penis. The breasts will not be firm anymore and "fall" but not reduce. Plus, they'll grow a beard if they can and their voice will deeply change (forever : there's no turn back here).
This is the magic of those "chemicals", but they'll never do what you see here.
