As I always say whenever this hentai is brought up. It does so much right and is so hot, like I can't stress enough how hot the idea of reforming a bitchy girl through hypnosis is....except for a) the guy has to be that 'fat/gross perv' archetype and b) instead of simply making them better people he gives them the obsession with getting pregnant by him. Like if I wrote this, make the guy just a normal looking guy for once ffs, and just have the girls become his love slaves, or better yet, give them a hypno fetish!
