The thing I really love about Mental Out is the star eyes of the victims.

It's something "different" and I hope other authors would do the same.

Misaki is different though

First: Unlike Miku Izayoi she prioritizes the well-being of her "victims" well and takes great responsibility

Second: All the girls in her clique argreed to be mind controlled by her and are loyal to her even without any brainwashing

The ones who aren't in the clique do not but in the end she is just using the power she was given and she has a good heart even if she acts like a anti-hero

I highly suggest you get into the story of Misaki. While she comes around in the early scenes like a bitch, she is more of a Tsundere that has been abused in the past as well by experiments taking place in academy city and is fighting to protect those around her. She does have a friendly relation with all the girls for real and not just by using her powers to make them obey.

Besdt girl best girl. My fav hypnotist in anything she hits all the buttons both design and personality wise. And yea for everyone saying she is asshole she's really not. She is very protective of her friends and they are all friends with her because she is a good person she just a little hotty. and Has helped mainy characters save the city main times.

Why is the tsundere the only one whos not a slave though?

Also on a side note imagine if she was a villain. Then also imagine someone coming to school every day with a TV remote

I do like the small detail that her Mind out powers are reliant on that old style remote since we see Misaka's electromagnetic shield flare, which shows that those powers are analog. Which is a subtle but nice science based touch towards scientifically validating how she can control so many people at once.

You mean Mikoto? If I remember correctly, her electrical powers form a sort of electromagnetic barrier that blocks Misaki's power. Someone more familiar with A Certain Scientific Railgun than I can probably explain it better.
