I couldn't find the artist via reverse Google image searching or by trying what I think the name is on the picture's signature. Could anyone help?

I didn't have any luck either until I zoomed in and realized that isn't a 'd' as I'd thought, but a second 'n'. (Insert mistaken 'd' joke here.)

elwinne.deviantart.com/gallery/ and www.hentai-foundry.com/pictures/user/elwinne are definitely the same artist, although I'm having difficulty locating this specific pic on either.

You need to mess with the filters for Hentai Foundry to find it and it's on page 4 of Elwinne's gallery if you are looking. This is a bloody spectacular artist I might have to try captioning their stuff again.
