First time making a screenshot post.
The anime is Puzzle and Dragon episode 117.
It is not Puzzle and Dragon X, which is a different anime.
You won't find Puzzle and Dragon with english subtitles because no fan translation groups have picked it up.

I forgot to post the context.
Basically, an alien shark guys shows up while the main characters are on a beach. The shark can only speak shark language, so they were trying to figure out how to communicate when the shark alien grabs one of the main character's friends to use as a mouthpiece that automatically translates his words.
