I'm not familiar enough with metal gear to really know who these people are or what's happening, but it's good art and I like it

The man in the background is Raiden, the main protaganist of Metal Gear Solid 2 and Metal Gear Rising. He's performing an action that's a reference to Metal Gear Solid 4.

Mistral is a French-Algerian antagonist in Metal Gear Rising, who uses those Dwarf Gekko robots you see on her shoulder to distract in fights as well as form her primary weapon (Which is a spear).
