I found this image on r34, but I have no clue what the source or who the artist is. I spent way too long trying to find it, but I had no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The characters are this person's vtuber model, and they may also be the commissioner: @FoxyEvoxy on Twitter. They also have a discord which may be the source, but I can't tell without joining.
