Its been a while since I had Espurr hypnotizing a Pokegirl. And with the recent trailer of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet revealing two new Pokegirls, I might as well have one of them be Espurrs next target. And for this commission, that would be Professor Sada!
Not sure why Espurr with a coin stick is a thing. But I certainly do like it a lot

Basically I came up with the idea of using Espurr as the pokemon that'll hypnotize pokegirls. But since Espurr can't learn hypnosis, I decided to give it Hypno's pendulum.
As for the fishing rod toy, I decided to have the coin and pendulum attached to the end of the fishing rod because I thought it would be funny and cute. Originally I was going to have Espurr use psychic to lift and swing the pendulum.
