There's an English VN/game called Jikage Rising that's about mind controlling and fucking various Naruto girls, if anyone's interested.

Arc 1 contains loli (Sakura/Ino/Tenten/Hinata as genin) as well as some adults. Arc 2 has all the same girls aged up to post-timeskip, as well as new girls.
