In this episode of Ranmna 1/2, Sasuke uses hypnotic suggestion (at the instruction of Happosai) to make Ranma come to the park, so that he can present her to Kuno. Happosai suggests having her change into a pretty dress, but his perverted nature gets the better of him.

Well, I have to give Happosai major award points for thinking with priority. I's a shame that he kinda screwed up his own plan at the end. If only he just brought a camera, took a whole mess o' pictures and then he'd have those forever, instead of waking Ranma up.

To be fair Hypnosis can break if they are into something unwilling. BUT, she HAD to have wanted it initially if she was hypnotized in the first place
