This is actually from the censored version of the Fate/Stay Night visual novel lol. Sex scene got replaced by slightly less explicit yuri? Pretty good approach to censorship IMO

They're both illusions Rider gave Shirou. the only difference in the erotic scene Shirou turned it back on her.

Heaven's feel route. It's a scene rider uses to get prana from Shirou without him noticing. (aka she was going to fellate him while he was under.)

Ugh, reminds me I stopped playing the Eroge version 4 years ago right after the Unlimited Blade Works sex scene with Rin and haven't picked it up since then, sigh <.<...

Yep. Poor Ayako. Satsuki got a Reality Marble, Illya got her own TV show, but nobody ever gives any glory to the best forgotten Type-Moon character...

Seriously though, she's basically just a punching bag for whoever you're supposed to be hating at any given point in the plot.
