Seriously why the hell was this never brought to the US like on Toonami?

It even has an english dub! Like...I think it was singapore or something but...seriously!

To be specific, this had a freaking censored english dub.I know that because the latin american dub was based on that translation. I didn't know this wasn't released on US.
