This month's Penlight fan art post sees Hiroko up to some mischief with the penlight, as she has her best friend imagine being tickled all over~

Doa, a longtime Penlight fan and contributor, commissioned this awesome piece from Solletickle, who can be found on DeviantArt under that name. Check out Solletickle's page for more tickle-focused arts, although no other hypno-related stuff, as far as I know.
