From what I remember, Professor Nimnul used a sound machine to take control of all the mice in the city so they would run and spin his generator wheels to... do something involving potatoes.

Nimnul's schemes were rarely practical.

One of my all-time favorite hypno scenes! Gadget looks just so cute all mindless and zombie walking here. ^^
