Why is there a Femdom tag? I thought that was for when a female was mind controlling someone?

My JoJo lore is kind of shit, but isnt this just some girl under mind control beating up Joeseph?

I've never seen this anime (and never will), but now I can confirm it's "bizarre" indeed.
As for the scene, there are only small hints that the girl is not supposed on the side of the...villain(?), so it doesn't really push my buttons.
