The pose and the variations are superb, the spiral eyes always make me laugh idk why, is good when you want something more on the comedic side imo.

The ones from 0:16 are the most intense, like her mind is hijacked and in total mindcontrol.

0:23 gave a more darker aura, like corruption.

0:30 gave the impression of trance, something before you go further with what type of hypnosis or mindcontrol you want to perform on her.

0:35 basically when she falls in love with you unconditionally the wholesome kind of hypnosis i suppose.

0:41 makes her look like she is lost or mindbroken, kinda similar to what happens when a person excret their personality.

I personally would go for 0:30 with her being expressionless but giving the most passionate sex to her new master, that is a good contrast. Since is Utsuko, her energetic personality being vanished from her eyes is a very exciting idea.
