It's a screenshot from a scene at the end of S1E10 of Black Summoner. It's a pretty generic Isekai, super basic. The scene was from when the Evil Emperor has a secret meeting with his five generals, except the fifth one didn't bother showing up. The messenger sent to fetch him walks through the halls filled with obviously brainwashed female knights, commenting how creepy it is. He ends up in a room filled with incense smoke and passed out, nude women. Fifth General is lounging on a couch, and reluctantly agrees to come along. Fade to black. Ominous end of episode scene is ominous.
