Look. I'm not very versed on the lore of the game she's from. But I am aware that she's blind or something right?

Thanks for bringing my Elden Wife to the hub, Waffles! God, I ought to write something for her sometime...

For blindness, I don't think it's explicitly stated either way. Her eyes are covered in scar/rot tissue, but she might be able to see through magic. Alternatively, being a Super Badass, she might just sense things through hearing and touch. Like anything in a FromSoft game, it's never simple!
