I feel like this counts as nightmare_fuel. Needles in the brain and body, what looks like a vat of blood underneath her. At first I thought her lower arm had been torn off, and I'm still not sure her limbs are all intact (again, vat of blood). I've added the tag, but if this doesn't fit, someone can remove it.

My bad... I can delete the picture by myself if you think this is over the limit.

Honestly, I didn't see the blood in the lower part (I was thinking in other possibilities...) Also this is the only picture of the artist with this theme.

For the people unfamiliar with the context of this and assuming that either this ladies arms have been cut off, or extremely gore heavy things are happening - i dont believe this to be the case.

If this is Crying Wolf from Metal Gear Solid - Guns of the Patriots, then what she is in is sort of like the cockpit of a EVA unit or a mech. It is more likely that the red liquid is not blood but a fluid to preserve the body (a common trope in mech anime/tv shows that i dont know the technical term for) and the artist took some creative liberty with it considering that she is a villain/boss and is defeated.
