But still, all three reiwas have a female rider? They aren't just movie exclusive or one-offs or near season end appearances? Like the swan from Ryuki? Or Tsukoyomi? Or Alain's sister(Ghost)?

Yup, all of them have had a few. 01s final form is the main form for Izu now, Saber had a handful but besides Reika they only had 1 or 2 appearances, and Revice had 2. And like I said in the first post for this Geats also has a female Rider from the very start.
