Issei wanted so badly to get a harem. He was willing to do anything to get one. It was his dream. D-Zen, being a demon of dreams, was able to help make that happen. Though in Issei's excitement, he didn't think about how D-Zen would go about making that possible. Now "Isamu" wasn't thinking about much at all, these days. Other than servicing her new master she loved being naked and submissive to, all the time. D-Zen would reward his servant girl with slave sisters eventually, though. He always kept his end of a deal, after all.
