oh she absolutely just wants to be in control. Tbh i didn't like her rebellion from the start but now she is so obviously just in this for power.

The anon from the previous post had a good point. To paraphrase, "she talks about caring about free will but pushes her harem members down when they speak up"

Even if Becca's replaced most of the conditioning she got with her own, it's been noted there are some things she's been unable to get rid of like the amnesia and the compulsion to refer to her former master as master.

It wouldn't surprise me if hypnotising the unruly as a one stop shop for quelling dissent in the ranks is one of those deep-coded alterations.

It could just as easily be that she's forgotten how to deal with this kind of thing without hypnosis, though.

Whatever the case, this has been a really fun and interesting series with a cool and novel plot. Thanks, Thalarynth!
