I am guessing that the jerky-ness of the skirt is an attempt to make it flutter?

I'm guessing skirts in Koikatsu have physics, but not nearly enough physics (usually these are bones rigged around the skirt).

Considering the focus of the game, skirts should probably have more physics than games where the hips don't move as much.
