Ehh... they do and dont.

On the one hand, they are a trainer class from Gen 6 and as such each one of them had a name, even if we all ignored them.

On the other hand, thanks to the event in Pokmon masters, one of them not only has a name, but is also part of a storyline.

The closest equivalent would be the Kimono girls of Gen 2 and even then, I do not think anyone can recognize an individual and instead only talk about the collective group.

Well, thanks to Bulbapedia, I discovered that they did apparently get names in the X&Y season of the anime!

So glad they are adding some of the NPCs to Master Sex!

Still can't believe we got the Milk Hex too...THEY KNOW @.@
