@/lickitup Does she eventually break the mind control in later chapters? I don't mind spoiler since I don't plan to read the manga series anytime soon.

Also A LOT of female characters in Pokemon have "weak wills". I guess the writers just don't want to admit it.

They're put in uniforms and forced to work. Grace finds something of interest to one of the Team Flare admins but while handing it over she resists and is noted as having a stronger resistance to the mind control compared to the rest of the group so she actually seems to have an above average will, shocking I know. We get a few more panels of her mind controlled but after she slightly defies she is knocked out by the admin and she's back to normal the next time we see her.

I know they got Shauna but knowing Grace has a scene too is so fucking good @.@

Viz/Japan FINALLY started releasing full volumes again so I'm finally gonna be able to get back into the manga soon can't wait. It's easily the best pokemon things that doesn't get nearly enough love

Aegislash has one of the most powerful hypnotic abilities in Pokemon. Falling under its control does not make someone weak willed.

Malamar still beats out Aegislash when it comes to hypnotic power. Aegislash's Pokedex entries suggest it controlled entire kingdoms in the past. As for how one breaks out of it, who can say?
