I don't want to make this into some "contest" but does Digimon have more MC content than Pokemon in terms of anime canon?

Anime canon as in ONLY their respective anime series. While I'm still new to the Digimon franchise I've seen a lot of MC from Ghost Game.

I know other booru sites like Danbooru and Sakugabooru have a lot of Pokemon clips (well...not enough GOOD ones on Sakugabooru) but not enough Digimon content on either of them. What's up with that?

There's a lot of mind control in digimon, but often it's aimed at the digimon themselves and not their tamers.
Heck, the first half of digimon adventure 02 was all about digimon being mind controlled.
As for the representations being lower, digimon is simply less popular. Especially game-wise. A lot of people actually didn't know that the anime was still going on until Tri and 2020 brought it back to public consciousness.
