D-Zen has struck a deal with Rouge: In exchange for having a life of wealth and luxury in the demon's manor while going on exciting missions with him, she has been anatomically adjusted to serve his carnal desires in any way he wishes. Arguably she's getting the better end of the deal by being pleasured in the best way possible while also having a posh lifestyle. Sure it might cost her mind every now and then but that kind of adds to the pleasure, as far as she's concerned.
